That issue is due to faulty internal component(s). The monitor requires servicing, soon rather than later. In time, the situation will get worse, until you&#039;re be unable to get a clear image, regardless of your attempts. 

If you have a warranty, then send it back and they should fix it, free of charge. Otherwise, it may be time to purchase a new monitor (fixing older monitors, typically is not cost-effective).]]></description>
